“This hotel has some interesting contrasts, with an old-fashioned charm that could use a refresh, yet the food seems genuinely good, and its location is superb for exploring the area; overall, it seems a bit uneven, but its potential is clear. What stood out to me was the exceptional service - a detail that genuinely elevates the experience. It's a place with character, for those who appreciate location and don't mind some quirks.”

Satisfactory Hotel Stay

easy access helpful staff bubbly bath
The location provided easy access to the Cliffs Pavilion. I found the casino nearby. The bubbly bath was a nice feature. Staff promptly addressed requests I made. They were happy to assist. I asked for something specific and got it quickly.
The plumbing made noises when water ran through the pipes. The toilet flushing caused clunking sounds. This issue should be addressed for better guest experience. It was quite distracting.
Service
9/10
The staff was cheerful and cleaning was done well. Staff demonstrated a willingness to help when needed. Any issues I encountered were resolved efficiently.
Location
8/10
The hotel's position was advantageous for visiting local attractions. Its proximity to the Cliffs Pavilion provided convenient access. The Genting Casino nearby presented an additional entertainment option.
Rooms
9/10
The room included coffee, tea, and biscuits, replenished. The room offered a lovely view. Cleanliness in the room was maintained to a high standard, increasing my comfort.
Facilities
8/10
Breakfast was nice, though simple. More choice would be better. What was available was satisfactory. The lift was very old and small, it added character.
